Description:

Deploy, maintain, and manage production systems (Windows and Linux infrastructure) to ensure availability, performance, scalability, and security. Familiar with Automation tools - AWS CloudFormation and/or Terraform Ensure IT security standards and remediate vulnerabilities detected within IT systems

Required to provide production support to IT business applications, working alongside application owners.

Skills: 10+ years of Experience working with MicrosoftWindows Server, Active Directory, SSO, DNS and related Microsoft technologies Strong Linux administration experience - administration, installation, and configuration Public Cloud experience - AWS is mandatory, but nice to be familiar with other cloud solutions Strong understanding of EC2, S3, Route53, Lambda, data lake and other AWS Services Experience with server and application monitoring - with Nagios or any other enterprise monitoring solution like Dynatrace or Newrelic Experience in scripting- WindowsPowerShell or Linux Shell Script, need to know how to automate manual tasks/processes Knowledge of LAN/WAN network infrastructure technologies Experience with ITIL process knowledge - ServiceNow experience is a plus Experience within Healthcare IT domain is preferred Strong problem solving and customer service skills, along with strong communication skills and a sense of ownership and drive Education: Bachelor of Science in Computer Science, or equivalent IT industry experience
