GA Telesis is seeking a Aviation Proposal Manager to join our Sales team. Reporting to the Vice President of Commercial and Leasing Solutions, the ideal candidate must have an innate program management, organization, and problem-solving skills. Enjoy developing strategies in a collaborative environment and leading the execution of ideas into results. As well as bringing teams together to break down complex problems into actionable solutions while being comfortable delegating to subject matter experts, both internal and external, to complete tasks.

Responsibilities:

• Use effective leadership and delegation skills across different departments, including sales, product line managers, logistics, finance and legal.
• Develop and deploy a commercial bid process to serve the needs of the business and its customers.
• Provide inputs and key summary to dedicated analyst to model deal revenue and margins.
• Prepare a full proposal for each RFP that is innovative to the need of the customer.
• Develop a deep understanding of GATs expansive product and service offerings and the ability to effectively communicate them, both internally and externally, as solutions to our customers' problems.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Experience in understanding and evaluating aviation business models
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Exceptional attention to details and organizational skills
• Willingness to take ownership of tasks, as well as to delegate where needed
• 5+ years of aviation industry knowledge
• Strong business acumen
• Experience in contract management and customer fulfillment
• Excellent Microsoft Power Point and Excel Skills (to create metrics and presentations)
