Responsibilities - Automotive Finance Manager:
  • Sell extended warranties and other aftermarket products
  • Complete required continued training
  • Fulfill dealership sales goals
  • Maintain current knowledge of finance and lease programs and disperse information to sales and finance team members
  • Educate customers on financing options, features, advantages, and benefits
  • Maintain great lender relationships
  • Secure competitive vehicle financing and leasing deals for customers
  • Maintain high Customer Satisfaction Index scores
  • Maintain current knowledge of local, state and federal regulations affecting dealership operations regarding sales and finance
  • Process loan, tag and title, and miscellaneous documents
Qualifications - Automotive Finance Manager:
  • Valid driver's license and good driving record
  • Excellent track record of F&I performance
  • A great attitude and adherence to a strong code of personal ethics
  • Professional appearance and strong work ethic
  • At least 2 years of Automotive Finance experience
  • Team participant with excellent leadership skills and attention to details
  • Excellent verbal/written communication skills
  • Strong negotiation and presentation skills
  • Strong computer software skills and internet proficiency
  • Steady work history
