Experience gathering requirements for ITAM, Software Asset Management, or Hardware Asset Management ServiceNow implementations

Experience with ServiceNow SAM (Software Asset Management) or HAM (Hardware Asset Management (Ideally implementation experience)

5+ years of ServiceNow Business Analyst experience

ServiceNow SAM or HAM certification

US Citizenship or Dual US Citizenship

Direct handling of the troubleshooting phase, including phone communication and remote sessions with the customer.

Diligent tracking of every request coming from the customers you manage, from ticket creation until its resolution.

Ensure the implementation meets the requirements defined by the customer and perform regular health checks on it.

Closely follow every project your customers are involved in to ensure you remain knowledgeable and informed.

At least 5 years of technical support experience

Consolidated experience in troubleshooting Linux server-side applications

Maintain current knowledge of finance and lease programs and disperse information to sales and finance team members

Maintain current knowledge of local, state and federal regulations affecting dealership operations regarding sales and finance

At least 2 years of Automotive Finance experience

At least 2 years' AUTO Finance Experience is Required

Educate customers on financing options, features, advantages, and benefits

Team participant with excellent leadership skills and attention to details
