Automotive Customer Service Representative

At Gary Crossley Ford the Service Business Development Center Agents are responsible for assisting in dealership Service Department Sales by reaching out to previous customers that:

• Purchased a Service Maintenance Plan with us but have not used it
• Have a vehicle that has been issued a recall by Ford Motor Company
• Follow ups consist of calls and emails to customers. Recall Agents generate repeat business by ensuring complete satisfaction in our customers’ Service Department experience.

Responsibilities

• Communicate effectively with customers and prospects according to their preferred method of communication (phone, email or in person)
• Other duties as assigned by management
• Manage recall/ Service Department leads and respond to inquiries in a timely fashion.
• Schedule appointments with customers for service work.
• Maintain an ongoing customer database to capture repeat business

Qualifications

• Excellent follow through and follow up skills
• Requires strong communication skills

• Must be internet savvy, have good computer skills and excellent organizational skills
• Positive attitude
