Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

  • Understanding of Android Selinux and implementation of Sepolicies.
  • Understanding of JNI interface for implementation of native services.
  • Sound knowledge on Audio formats, able to understand and analyze audio data.
  • Understanding of AIDL, HIDL and experience implementing Android system services.
  • Understanding of tinyAlsa, Audio FE/BE, machine driver.
  • Understanding of audio codec integration/flow.
  • Understanding of audio data and control flow from playback and capture application to the corresponding audio devices.
  • Understanding of Android build system.

Required Skills/Experience:

  • Good knowledge on Android audio effects interface and integration.
  • Good understanding of Android audio frameworks.
  • Experience in AudioTrack handling, AudioMixer, AudioPolicy, AudioFlinger and Audio HAL.
  • Hand-on experience with Android debugging tools and bugreport analysis.
