We are seeking anExperienced Attest Managerwith 7-10 years of public accounting experience to join our Assurance Department and who is interested in participating in his/her own career growth to join our team.
The Experienced Attest Manager is responsible for all areas of an attest engagement, including planning, execution, supervision and completion. The Experienced Attest Manager supervises staff and senior accountants and is responsible for managing their engagement team to ensure that deliverables are completed in a timely and accurate manner. Additionally, the Experienced Attest Manager is tasked with the timely review of workpapers to ensure quality control standards are met within budgeted parameters.
The successful candidate will have strong interpersonal and analytical skills, as well as audit experience. Whereas regional/national firms tend to be compartmentalized, our firm offers the successful candidate the ability to service all aspects of our clients’ business and personal needs, and see client engagements from start to finish, thus becoming a valued advisor to clients.
The job responsibilities include:
- Ensure the Firm's high standards of quality are met or exceeded
- Establish and maintain a leadership role within the Firm
- Provide training and coaching to new and existing staff as needed
- Manage all aspects of client attest services, including audits, reviews, compilations and agreed-upon procedures engagements in a multitude of industries
- Demonstrate proficient technical skills for handling client assignments, including generally accepted auditing standards (GAAS), generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP), etc.
- Develop strong working relationships with clients
- Leverage staff to achieve deadlines and manage budgets

- Commitment to exceptional client service
- CPA required
- Ability to plan, supervise and complete attest engagements
- 7-10 years of public accounting experience
