What is sales at Vi-Leon?


Account Managers and Recruiters partner and collaborate to fuel mission critical projects with high quality resources. Both sides of the desk are very similar, the main difference is who you are establishing and building a relationship with. As a Recruiter or Account Manager at Vi-Leon, your responsibility will be to identify and build relationships with consultants and/or clients managing their next project. Through hard work, great interpersonal skills, and hands-on training you will learn different processes to be the exclusive point of contact for consultants and/or clients.


Account Management Responsibilities


  • Identify the correct points of contact within industry specific organizations that rely on contract workers.
  • Develop relationships with hiring managers to understand business deliverables.
  • Properly conduct interviews with potential candidates (consultants).
  • Maintain relationships with the client to provide resources for future projects.

Requirements


Your responsibility will be to develop relationships with hiring managers for niche project based skill sets. Through hard work, great interpersonal skills and hands on training you will learn the process of identifying the correct points of contacts, how to properly conduct interviews with potential candidates, and maintaining relationships with the client. The ultimate goal is to establish relationships with 150 hiring managers throughout the country who will eventually trust you to be their exclusive provider of high-level consultants.
