The Associate Manager, Social Video plays a key role on the NBC Entertainment Social Marketing team by spearheading the development and management of organizational systems that support creative requests, video publishing and video distribution across social and digital platforms for NBC titles and live events. This position is responsible for managing incoming creative requests from the Social Marketing team, tracking status, and ensuring timely updates and deliveries. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, enthusiastic, creative, and an excellent collaborator.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate the delivery and publishing of requested video content from the Social Marketing team
• Manage the production of social video and design assets, acting as a liaison between the Video Operations, Content Production, External Agencies, and Video Delivery teams to meet publishing deadlines
• Working closely with the Social Marketing Leads, create and manage systems to efficiently track progress, facilitate feedback as materials are produced, and coordinate delivery to internal and external teams
• Initiate requests for the production and delivery of marketing materials from the internal creative departments and coordinate with the Video Operations team to ensure videos are published across platforms using Airtable

Qualifications

• Outstanding communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams
• Strong knowledge of social media platforms, their video formats and best practices
• Excellent project management skills, including the ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and handle multiple projects simultaneously
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Film Production, or a related field.

Desired Characteristics

• Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Airtable, JIRA, Asana, Monday)
• Proven experience in managing video content for social media platforms
• Passion for social media, online communities, digital content, and television/film

Hybrid: This position has been designated as hybrid, generally contributing from the office a minimum of three days per week.

Salary Range: $65,000-$80,000
