Overview of Position
Wilson Whitaker Rynell is looking for a creative receptionist and social media coordinator to join our team. You'll play a key role in building our firm's online presence, engaging with industry influencers, creating compelling content across our social media platforms, and keeping the team updated with monthly analytic reports. If you're a team player, an excellent communicator, and eager to grow professionally as a social media expert, we want to hear from you.
The ideal candidate will be able to work effectively with all personalities and has a positive, professional, can-do attitude to assist a highly successful and driven team. You are data-driven and can implement and optimize highly successful social media campaigns. You know what's on-trend in the digital space and are a born storyteller who loves creating experiences through content.
You will also perform as an administrative assistant as a primary role to interface with customers.
Qualifications & Responsibilities
·Collaborative team player with excellent verbal and written communication skills as an administrative assistant.
·Active and well-rounded personal presence in social media, with a command of each network and their best practices
·Strong written and verbal skills, ability to work effectively with all personalities, positive, professional, can-do attitude to assist a highly successful and driven team
·Excellent grammar, spelling, and writing/editing are a must
·Creative thinker with an ability to use both data and intuition to inform decisions
·Strong ethics and professionalism
·Self-motivated – able to perform with little direction, desire to learn
·Reliable and punctual, take pride in owning your responsibilities and contributing to the team
·Ability to work under pressure, multi-task, and meet deadlines
·Knowledge of current industry trends across social media platforms
· Design, implement, and manage social media profiles, presence, calendars, and content by creating a digital strategy with compelling content across our social media accounts
·Track, measure, and analyze all initiatives to report on social media while identifying insights to improve performance
