Coral Care is a venture-backed company on a mission to help parents access the care they need to help their children thrive. Coral Care easily connects families with local, vetted pediatric developmental specialists who are immediately available and take insurance, while allowing providers to start and grow their own practice.
Coral Care is starting in Massachusetts and we are seeking a creative Social Media Content Specialists to join our early stage team. You will be responsible for creating content and growing our Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok platforms targeting parents of young children and early childhood development specialists and providers to drive organic growth and engagement within our target audience.
Responsibilities:
1.Content Creation:
- Collaborate with the CEO to create and optimize content for different platforms.
- Create high-quality, engaging, and shareable content (including text, images, videos, and graphics) to be published on Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.
- Develop a content strategy and calendar that aligns with the target audience's needs and interests.
- Conduct research on parenting topics, early childhood development, and related trends to ensure content relevance and accuracy.
2.Social Media Management:
- Manage and maintain our Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok accounts.
- Monitor social media analytics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify trends, optimize content, and track the effectiveness of campaigns.
- Regularly monitor and respond to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely and professional manner.
3.Growth and Engagement:
- Develop and execute strategies to increase followers, reach, and engagement across all platforms
- Collaborate with influencers, parenting experts, and early childhood development specialists to create partnerships and cross-promotion opportunities.
4.Collaboration and Reporting:
- Collaborate with the CEO and the marketing team to align social media strategies with overall company objectives.
- Track and analyze social media performance metrics, prepare regular reports, and provide actionable insights to improve strategies and achieve goals.
Requirements:
- Passion for Coral Care’s mission
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create engaging and concise content.
- Knowledge of current trends, best practices, and emerging strategies in social media marketing.
- Proven work experience as a social media manager or content creator
- Part time (10-20 hours/week)
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Understanding of social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.
- Experience working in early childhood development or parenting
- Experience working in Canva or other design tools to create brand aligned content
- Experience working with social publishing tools
