Inclusively is partnering with a leading insurance software company to hire a Associate Cloud Operations Technician.
ABOUT INCLUSIVELY:

What You’ll Do
- Microsoft SQL database backup and restore operations
- Policy and procedural documentation creation and maintenance
- Customer data handling: backups, transfers, and delivery
- Collaborate with Cloud Services engineering groups and Client Services teams for issue escalation and resolution
- Perform other duties as assigned by the management team.
- Adherence to security best practices and processes to protect customer data
- Monitoring, research, and escalation of software/hardware network issues
- Shift hours: Overnight shift of 10:30 pm – 7:00 am CST (starting weekly on Monday evening and ending on Saturday morning.) As of July 3rd, this position will also be fully remote, with the ability to work in-house if desired.
What You’ll Need to Succeed
We’re looking for someone who:
- Has the ability to work 100% remotely.
Your experience should include some or all of the following:
- Team player committed to advancing the goals and growth of the team
- Basic network, hardware, and software troubleshooting skills
- Self-motivated with an ability to prioritize multiple tasks
- Pursing/completing a degree in CIS, IT, or a related field, or equivalent work experienceWe proudly support and encourage people with military experience, as well as military spouses, to apply
- Embrace learning and integrating new technologies in an ever-evolving and fast-paced work environment
- Excellent communication skills and strong, consistent attention to detail
Additionally, you may have:
- Microsoft SQL database management and scripting
- Microsoft Server Operating Systems
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite and remote work platforms (Zoom, Slack,
- Microsoft Remote Desktop or other remote computing protocols
