A Cloud Technician is responsible for the installation, maintenance, and support of cloud-based systems and services. This includes configuring, monitoring, and troubleshooting cloud-based applications, databases, and networks.What is Cloud Technician Job Skills Required?
• Knowledge of cloud-based systems and services, such as Amazon Web Services, Microsoft Azure, and Google Cloud Platform
• Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, Ruby, and PowerShell
• Ability to troubleshoot and debug cloud-based systems
• Knowledge of networking protocols and technologies
• Understanding of security best practices
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
What is Cloud Technician Job Qualifications?
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field
• At least two years of experience in a cloud-related role
• Certification in cloud-related technologies, such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect or Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert
