Associate - Asset Management

Our client is a real estate investment/development firm based in NYC and they have plans to continue expanding their asset management team. They are looking for an individual to join their asset management team as an Associate.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with all aspects of the asset management portfolio and tracking asset performance.
• Assist asset management team with other responsibilities, such as preparation of reporting to partners and C-suite.
• Conduct initial review of monthly property reports and financials provided by the property management team.
• Maintain cash flow valuation model and ARGUS model for each asset in the portfolio.
• Analyze and compile YTD Actual/Projected Income Statements.

Requirements:

2-3 years of experience in real estate asset management (residential preferred)

Advanced experience working with Excel and ARGUS required

Bachelor’s degree required

On-site (4x a week) working requirement (office is in Manhattan)
