The Role in Brief:

Associate – Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion, EAB Seramount

EAB Seramount is a strategic business dedicated to advancing Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion in the workplace.

The Associate will be a key member of the Advisory team within EAB Seramount, reporting to the Managing Director. We seek a teammate with excellent analytical skills, ambition, relationship building skills and professionalism. This role combines project management with extraordinary data analytics skills and the opportunity to do high-impact work.

The position is located in Washington, DC. and open to remote work for exceptional candidates.


Primary Responsibilities:

  • Participate in ongoing client interactions and engagements to support overall needs of the advisory team, Diversity Best Practices.
  • Support advisory presentations by utilizing research and best practices to create content and develop key talking points for the advisors.
  • Leverage existing research and data to respond to member inquiries that consist of high quality deliverables developed in a timely fashion.
  • Communicate ideas clearly and logically using executive-focused language, tone, and channel through written deliverables, webinars, and presentations.
  • Contribute to research and presentations that synthesize complex ideas in diversity, equity and inclusion into actionable solutions for DBP members.
  • Work effectively in a team environment with relationship managers, and research to support our existing members.
  • Strong project manager who is able to set agenda, define timelines and support the project team throughout the advisory work/project.
  • Develop, maintain and monitor documentation to support Seramount business process improvement efforts.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree, with an excellent academic record and 1-2+ years of post-graduate, professional experience OR a Master’s/PhD degree and 0 years of post-graduate professional experience
  • Management or strategy consulting
  • Project or event management
  • Creating external facing written and/or data-based deliverables that include PowerPoint presentations
  • Diversity, Equity and Inclusion
  • Experience with at least two of the following:

  • Experience in working in Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion in a corporate setting.
  • Experience working in a team environment and as an individual contributor
  • Excellent prioritization and time management especially in a fast-paced environment
