Midwest Regional Sales Manager

Regional Sales Manager will manage sales activities in the assigned region, maintaining a strong rapport with current accounts. The Individual is required to live within the assigned Midwest Territory. Which will include Chicago, Wisconsin, Indiana, Iowa, Michigan.

This Individual will sell Amcan Bearing Product lines to current Distributor Chain Networks and establish new accounts and leads on Sales Trips. Also, will be responsible to build up the Midwest Region and Meet Sales Goals.

Duties & Responsibilities

1. Develop a rapport with New and existing customer account.
2. Generate Leads an meet with person in charge to close deals to become a Distributor for Amcan Bearing.
3. Provide Presentations, Lunch & Learns to Educate Customers, and give them the tools and contact information to generate new business.
4. Keep Lines of Communication open with all accounts to build a strong, professional relationship, and continue great customer service care to maintain repeat business.
5. Create Itineraries in advance for sales trips and reports after each trip in Crm.
6. Travel to assigned Territories 70% of the time to maintain and call on existing and new accounts.
7. Will be required to attend Trade Shows, Golf Tournaments, Open Houses. and give Warehouse Tours of our Chicago Facility. All will need to be Approved By US Operations & Sales Manager Jimmy R. Cantu.
8. Will Report To Jimmy R. Cantu and Corporate Management weekly on planned Sales Trips and Events.
9. Required to be Trained on Netsuite CRM Software Program.

Qualifications

1. Must live in the Midwest Region.
2. Must have Outside Sales Experience in Bearing & Power Transmission.
3. Must be able to Travel 70% of the time including over night trips.
4. Great Personality, Honesty, and Great listening and communication Skills to customize for each Customers needs.
5. Confidence an Believing in the Product and Service the Company Provides.
6. Have Patience to Continue to work on sales unitil it comes to Fruition.

Certificates, License, Registration:

1. High School Diploma
2. Valid Drivers License
3. Clean Driving Record
4. Bearings & Power Transmission Knowledge.
