About The Opportunity


  • Also, they are in charge of organizing maintenance work and checking the state of the property
  • Our top client currently has an opportunity available for an Assistant Property Manager/Retail Store Manager to support their latest ground-up commercial projects
  • By handling resident interactions, scheduling property viewings, and executing administrative duties, assistant property managers help with the day-to-day operations of property management


Assistant Property Manager/Retail Store Manager Responsibilities


  • Ensures that all renters adhere to the laws and regulations of the property (including managing COIs)
  • Provide retail consumers and potential tenants with outstanding customer service
  • Frequent site inspections to ensure the property is kept up
  • Constant interaction with tenants to ascertain their needs


Assistant Property Manager/Retail Store Manager Qualifications


  • 2 years minimum of experience in a customer-facing position in retail, property management, or the hotel industry
  • Bachelor's degree in an area linked to real estate, hotel management, or management (Preferred)
  • Equivalent to a high school diploma
