About Our Client
Our client is a General Contractor that specializes in new construction and renovation projects with a diverse educational, commercial, and private projects. They have a deep backlog of projects for the next several years and are looking for a assistant project manager to grow with the team.

  • Facilitate project administration
  • Assist with daily on-site problem solving
  • Manage document control
  • Assist in coordinating weekly client, architect, contractor construction meetings including minutes of meetings and other necessary documentation
  • Works in collaboration with Project Manager to oversee operational, personnel and financial aspects of the construction project
  • Track project costs
  • Participate in preconstruction activities

The Successful Applicant
  • Bachelors Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or relevant degree
  • Strong oral and written communication skills are crucial to success
  • Proficiency with computer software used in the construction industry
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in the construction industry
