Job Description

Our client a General Contractor are seeking to grow their team with an Assistant Project Manager to based in Dallas, TX. The Assistant Project Manager will support the successful execution of all assigned projects by assisting the Project Manager. They will provide support to facilitate the planning and coordination of construction activities to ensure that all project objectives are accomplished.


The company build in all sectors of the construction industry including retail, commercial, hospitality, mixed use, office and renovation. They specialize in group up, interior finish out, restoration and preservation.


QUALIFICATIONS:


  • Must have a bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field
  • Thorough knowledge of trades and computer literate
  • Strong ability to read architectural/structural drawings, safety rules and maintenance instructions.
  • Minimum of three years of construction experience, preferably as an Assistant Project Manager


SALARY:


$95,000.00 – $130,000.00 base salary + bonuses
