Key Responsibilities
- Support in driving innovation and / or commerciality across key consumer segments.
- Have full understanding of the product creation process to drive it forward.
- Understand and execute the product creation process according to calendar timelines.
- Support the cross-functional team to ensure co-creation of industry leading products and optimized operational models.
- Analyse trends and consumer insights to help support in the creation APP/ACC direction and briefs.
- Being a supportive team player by co-developing and assisting in strategic direction and the product creation process best practices.
- Assist in strategic Apparel & Accessories category direction; support in cross-functional alignment across key KPIs, i.e., margin, sell-thru, ideal range size, net sales, market share, etc.
- Assist the PM/SPM in preparing the range direction, in the second step start to manage range direction.
- Supporting working cross-functionally within the creative triad to ensure smooth cooperation with cross-functional departments across Design, Development, Merchandising, Sales, & Brand Communications
- Help support team in category and ranging discussions and prepare range presentations.
- Build an understanding of product information systems and interdependent internal functions to align on timelines and creation milestones.
- Build knowledge to be able to maintain product information systems according to process timelines.
- Work within cross-functional team to enable a smooth product creation process with an optimum product outcome.
- Analyze range performance.
- Experience market, consumer and retailer needs to be able to create industry leading products.
- Apparel & Accessories creation triads.
- Originals Apparel and Footwear global leads
- Cross-functional team (Design, Development, CtC, Materials, Costing, Planning)
- Create a strong relationship and ensure constant dialogue/feedback with:

- We officially returned to office in a hybrid work environment, working 3 days in office and 2 days remote. The working location of this position is Los Angeles, CA.

- The anticipated low and high end of the base pay range for this position is ($60,400-$90,600). Actual salary will be based on various factors, such as a candidate’s experience, qualifications, skills and competencies, and proficiency for the role.
