Demonstrates strong digital vision and customer-centric focus to communications

Strong experience with social media, and video editing skills.

Superior artistry skills, expert in color theory and makeup application on all skin tones.

Excellent on-camera skills with an engaging personality.

Effective presentation skills, media training strongly preferred.

Power Point skills strongly preferred.

2 years’ experience as a trainer.

You have one to three years’ experience in retail or service industry.

You are able to have a flexible work schedule and work days, nights, and weekends.

2 years of management experience, including cosmetology management license where required by state law

Financial management experience: success with driving top-line sales, interpreting reporting data, managing payroll budgets, and controlling expense

Demonstrated knowledge of board of cosmetology regulations and hiring requirements

Retail management: proven ability with monitoring inventory levels, achieving operational excellence, driving a service culture and executing merchandise directives

Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks with moving parts

Advanced competency in services, including sales, guest experience and product attachment
