Key Responsibilities

• Ideate, organize and develop compelling ideas for marketing and creative
• Collaborate with our marketing and design teams to ensure content is consistent with brand voice, style, and tone.
• Manage daily administrative tasks such as email correspondence, calendar management, documentation, and office duties.
• Coordinate meetings, manage schedules, and ensure smooth communication across teams.
• Draft, edit, and finalize compelling copy for websites
• Drive both assistant and copywriting projects from inception to completion, ensuring excellence at every step.
• Seamlessly transition between administrative tasks and copywriting and editorial capabilities.

Key Skills & Experience

• Ability to manage multiple projects, tight deadlines, and maintain exceptional attention to detail.
• Strong writing and editing skills, with a focus on content creation for digital platforms.
• Proficiency in tools like Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and notable Content Management Systems.
• An unyielding work ethic, the ability to think outside the box, and the audacity to challenge the status quo.
• Proven experience in an administrative role with responsibilities including scheduling, correspondence, and organizational tasks.
• Stellar organizational skills and an unwavering commitment to quality.
