Summary You will serve as an ASSISTANT in the SYSTEMS INTEGRATION DEPARTMENT of NAVSURFWARCEN IH DIV. This position is part of the Warfare Centers Personnel Demonstration Project. The NG-3 pay band encompasses positions equivalent to GS-7 and GS-8. Responsibilities You will track supply inventory and maintain purchasing reports. You will track deadlines and expected responses from various customers/managers. You will identify and resolve various problems and situations that affect the orderly and efficient flow of work in transactions both inside and outside of the division. Requirements Conditions of Employment Qualifications Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the NG-2 (GS-5/6 equivalent) pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: providing administrative support in an office setting to include using office automation and software systems for preparing documents and correspondence and identifying and resolving administrative matters.
