Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Offer a professional and courteous welcome to guests and clients, both in-person and over the phone
  • Arrange all travel logistics including flights and accommodations
  • Deliver comprehensive administrative assistance to senior management and studio personnel
  • Coordinate catering for events and provide support during company functions
  • Ensure confidentiality when handling sensitive information
  • Assist in the preparation of crucial documents such as contracts, reports, studies, and agreements
  • Streamline and organise the CEO’s schedule by arranging meetings, conferences, and teleconferences while prioritising high-priority matters
  • Provide support in meeting preparation and record meeting minutes


Key Skills:

  • Positive approach and adeptness in collaborative teamwork
  • Excellent editor and proof reader
  • Preferably experienced in the built environment sector
  • Efficient at multitasking with acute attention to detail
  • Extensive previous experience working within a similar role
  • Strong communicator, written and verbal
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite and Adobe Acrobat
