Who We're Looking For (Position Overview)


Spry is looking for an Administrative Assistant to join our contract with a government customer in Charleston, SC.


What You Need To Succeed (Minimum Requirements)


  • Develop and maintain color-coded organizational breakdown structures and organizational charts to report Government and contractor project/contract assignments
  • Generate management status reports of deliverables, schedule, financial, and risk data at reoccurring intervals as dictated by the project team
  • SharePoint, Jira/Confluence, Microsoft Teams experience preferred but not required
  • Two (2) years of work experience shall be within DoD. Experience may be achieved simultaneously
  • Provide planning, execution, monitoring and control management, including schedule and cost control, risk management, and stakeholder management support
  • Support the risk management program to monitor project risks, issues, and opportunities impacting financial, logistical, project management, and engineering activities
  • Four (4) years with degree or Eight (8) years with HS/GED of experience, to include: word processing, spreadsheet development, documenting management issues, financial analysis, data collection, report processing, brief preparation, read milestone schedules and send and receive emails.
  • Leverage reporting templates to generate cost and schedule forecasts
  • Adjudicate user access requests and permission groups for project collaboration tools to include SharePoint, Teams, and Jira instances
  • Support Project Lead and project level SMEs with the generation of management and technical documentation, presentation, and reports at reoccuring intervals as dictated by the project team
