Job Description

POSITION OVERVIEW:

As the Assistant E-Commerce Manager, you will support the performance of the North America brand website, naturelab.com with focus on site merchandising, promotions, and email & CRM campaigns. You will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to review for opportunities to grow the business consistent with global guidelines and market-specific initiatives.


Site Merchandising


  • Work with global teams on prioritizing content refreshes to offer a personalized and compelling journey based off testing, analysis and competitive review.
  • Set-up new products and manage inventory.
  • Partner on promotional programs for retention and sales objectives.
  • Support the Digital Marketing Manager for priorities to ensure best in class customer experience and meeting sales targets.
  • Collaborate with internal team for ongoing UI & UX optimizations with platform enhancements for various audience groups to encourage strong engagement and conversion.
  • Lead site refreshes and regular audit of pages and site functionality.


Email Marketing


  • Competitive review of email campaigns for market opportunities to stay up-to-date with industry standards, trends to share with the Digital team on a consistent basis.
  • Analysis of campaign performance to make data driven optimizations.
  • Manage campaigns in collaboration w ad/marketing team.


QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS:


  • Minimum 1-2 years of ECommerce in an D2C environment, preferably in the beauty & haircare industry.
  • Strong communication skills and a positive, no-task-too-small mentality.
  • Collaborative team player to support greater company initiatives.
  • Detailed & organized project management skills to see projects & tasks to completion.
  • Creative, resourceful and entrepreneurial spirit to proactively identify opportunities and adapt nimbly to ever-evolving digital landscape.
