Position Details


The Office of Undergraduate Admission is growing! The new Southern Assistant Director of Regional Recruitment works and lives in Florida (preferably in the Miami-area) and will be responsible for recruitment of prospective students in the southern states. The position serves as a representative of the University both on- and off-campus to prospective students, parents, secondary school counselors, and other individuals or organizations involved in the college search and selection process. The Assistant Director of Regional Recruitment’s responsibilities will include but are not limited to: travel and recruitment extensively in the southern United States on a regular basis throughout the year, advising prospective students and their families on procedures and requirements for admission, evaluating applications from the regional territory, and maintaining a rapport externally with college counselors and internally with Loyola academic and administrative offices. The position will also travel to campus at regularly scheduled intervals for training, development, and recruitment activities.
