Job Description
Stanford University is seeking an Assistant Clinical Research Coordinator to provide mid-level administrative and operation support for the division and faculty and to assist in the collection of clinical data and/or the coordination of research studies. The ACRC will work under the direction and supervision of the principal investigators and/or study coordinator/supervisor and the Division Manager.

Duties Include
  • Oversee and/or process a variety of complex financial transactions; produce, monitor, and reconcile budget statements; research identify, and resolve discrepancies.
  • Oversee and/or perform duties associated with scheduling, organizing, and operating complex conferences, seminar, and events, including arranging with vendors for services, overseeing the production and distribution of materials, administering logistics and manager event within budget.
  • Extract data from source documents for research studies as directed. Collect data for retrospective database studies and complete case report forms.
  • Serve as admin contact for respective labs (Drs. Pratx, Liu, and others in the Medical Physics Division as needed), including ordering and maintaining equipment and supplies.
  • Compose and draft documents and correspondence for presentations, course handouts, grants, conferences, seminars, and reports; perform substantial editing and fact checking. Create, maintain, modify, and/or ensure accuracy of content in various unit documents, displays, reports, brochures, social media, and/or websites.
  • Perform clerical duties in the preparation of regulatory documents. Maintain all forms and documents, including consent forms and master subject logs. File all appropriate correspondence. Assist in the preparation of IRB protocol documents and grant applications.
  • - Other duties may also be assigned
  • Support and assist with other Division activities and operations as needed.
  • Assist in the onboarding of postdocs and graduate students from the respective labs and be their point of contact.
Education & Experience (required)
Two year college degree and one year of relevant experience or an equivalent combination of experience, education, and training.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS*:
  • Occasionally sit, reach above shoulders, perform desk based computer tasks, use a telephone and write by hand, lift, carry, push, and pull objects that weigh up to 40 pounds.
  • Rarely kneel, crawl, climb ladders, grasp forcefully, sort and file paperwork or parts, rarely lift, carry, push, and pull objects that weigh 40 pounds or more.
  • Frequently stand, walk, twist, bend, stoop, squat and use fine light/fine grasping.

The expected pay range for this position is $54,000 to $65,000 per annum.
Stanford University provides pay ranges representing its good faith estimate of what the university reasonably expects to pay for a position. The pay offered to a selected candidate will be determined based on factors such as (but not limited to) the scope and responsibilities of the position, the qualifications of the selected candidate, departmental budget availability, internal equity, geographic location and external market pay for comparable jobs.
