We are seeking a highly motivated, studious, collaborative individual to join our research team to coordinate new and existing projects while advancing the integrity of our science and product. As an early career investigator, you may appreciate the opportunity to be mentored and report directly to our Clinical & Digital Health Research Lead, who oversees an exciting portfolio of existing grants and acquires new non-dilutive funding. This position is funded by one of our latest multi-year grants and may involve occasional travel. In coordinating clinical protocols and studies with research partners and the sales team, you will also serve as a member of the product operations team to help implement all stakeholder requests. In addition to being customer-service oriented, this role requires a scientific mindset to ensure that the company goals and mission are being met.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement and manage clinical research projects with internal and external stakeholders across the country in hospital and community-based settings
• Develop detailed operational processes and logic flows to support customer needs associated with healthcare and psychosocial support
• Problem-solve and improve processes proactively.
• Analyze data and present findings in peer-reviewed publications and competitive grant applications, and at scientific meetings
• Obtain IRB approval and maintain compliance with OHRP and other federal regulatory requirements
• Ideate new formative product research and clinical trials with non-pharmacological health interventions

Minimum Qualifications:

• Strong data analytical & communication skills
• 2+ relevant peer-reviewed publications
• Recent PhD in applied health sciences, psychology, human factors, or related field
• Must pass criminal background check, have active or recent human subjects research certifications, and be COVID-19 vaccinated.
• Grant writing and clinical trial (RCT) experience
• Experience with older adults and ab/normal age-related decline
• Strong attention to detail & time management skills
• 3+ years of research coordination experience and independence (can be pre-doctoral)
• Affinity with technology and troubleshooting technical & computer issues

Preferred Qualifications:

• Community-based research and participatory design experience
• Spanish language proficiency
• Data science and conversational technology/AI experience
• Project management training
• Digital health products and therapeutics development
• Health equity and disparities training or research experience

Employment Type: Full-time W2 with competitive benefits.

Pay: $70,000.00 per year

Open to remote applicants. Hybrid (3 days/week in-office) if located near Millbrae, CA.
