Job Description
Oxford Health Group a rapidly growing multi-entity Healthcare company seeking a motivated self-starter to join our Accounting Team. The right candidate will play an integral role in supporting our AP/AR department.


The AP Clerk performs routine clerical, filing, and data entry tasks for accounting data including accounts payable, billing, and receivables.


Responsibilities


  • Other assigned tasks when needed
  • Accounts payable: Bill entry, statement processing, disbursements
  • Reviewing and finalizing preapproved invoices using Stampli ( will train )
  • Accounts receivable: payment processing, bank deposit
  • Assist in resolving any financial discrepancies and inquiries
  • Maintain accounting and bookkeeping activities


Qualifications


  • Detail Oriented
  • 2-3 years of AP experience (Preferred)
  • Ability to work independently and proactively
  • Data Entry skills
  • Proficiency in MS Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Quickbooks Software a must
  • Tech Savvy
  • Knowledge of general bookkeeping procedures


Full Time Schedule, Mon-Friday 10AM-7PM
