At Reebok, the Global Product Architecture & Merch Analytics team is responsible for supporting the Reebok Designs Group Brand Strategy and Seasonal Range Planning of both Footwear and Apparel through data-driven insights. The Manager will collaborate with the Sr. Manager of Global Architecture and multiple cross-functional team members on all aspects of the global range planning. Including the seasonal management and analysis of large data sets within/but not limited to Sales Forecasting, Price Points, Efficiency, SKU & Assortment Analysis, and Profitability across multiple operating partners and direct accounts ; drawing conclusions and making actionable recommendations to the Director & Product Merchants to assist in the creation of an optimal Product line.


Job Responsibilities


  • Assist in creating a detailed product range framework based on a comprehensive analysis of current and past seasons' performance segmented by category, gender, product type, and price point.
  • Generate actionable insight and guidance into the product assortment for Product teams and management by incorporating multiple data sets, including forecasting data, historical sales data, marketing initiatives, and category targets, enabling creation teams to make data-driven decisions.
  • Collaborate in a fast-paced environment that focuses on providing actionable insights enabling the creation teams to make data-driven decisions and deliver value to stakeholders.
  • Support the Director in cleaning, organizing, and merging multiple data sets; therefore, candidates must possess advanced skills in Excel.
  • Provide range size recommendations by Product team to the Director based on growth and efficiency analyses using forecasting data across the brand and monitoring product pricing corridors.
  • Collaborate with product heads to understand category strategies and brand priorities before seasonal range planning to inform the seasonal target creation.
  • Build and maintain the Seasonal Range Plan set forth at the beginning of the season through constant updating, organization, and tracking of article and model creation throughout the development cycle by phase creation and squad.
  • Coordinate and manage the Global Architectures’ deliverables alongside the associate manager.


Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:


  • A self-starter that takes the initiative, thinks beyond the initial brief, and strives for results.
  • Adept in data visualization and providing translation into Excel and/or Tableau dashboards.
  • A team player/relationship builder that excels while working with diverse groups of people in an ambiguous environment.
  • Highly proficient in prioritizing, managing, and accurately completing projects under a deadline.
  • Intellectually curious with a bias for action
  • Proficient in advanced data analytics, exploratory analysis, statistical methodologies, and Excel pivot tables/macros.


Qualifications


  • Proficient PC skills, including MS Office Suite and advanced Excel skills. Experience with Tableau and or Microsoft BI is a plus.
  • Experience with MicroStrategy, PLM, or other BI platforms a plus
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in buying/retail math, planning & inventory, site analytics, or statistics highly preferred
  • Understanding of merchant and site analytics, with the ability to synthesize and provide insights from data.
  • Must be organized and comfortable leading peers and upper management through reviews and setting expectations.
  • Ability to demonstrate critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Aptitude to analyze discrete data to identify trends, issues, and opportunities.
