The Team

The Cybersecurity & Digital Risk Management organization within HPE protects the company from digital threats with world-class, extensible security capabilities. We advance HPE's business objectives by effectively managing risk. We do this by constantly monitoring, assessing, and responding to physical, cyber, and business continuity threats directed towards HPE.

The successful candidate will be a member of HPE's Cyber Defense Center (CDC) First Response SOC. The CDC team forms part of our Enterprise Security organization which also includes functions like Security Insights and Cyber Prevention.

This role will be based full time in HPE’s new headquarters in Spring, TX (Houston metropolitan area).

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be part of HPE's First Response SOC. This role will be office designated.

Areas of responsibility will include acting as the first point of contact for HPE employees who wish to engage the Cybersecurity & Digital Risk Management organization to report an incident or security event. The successful candidates can be thought of as digital first responders as they are often called on to triage security incidents. The successful candidates will also spend their time developing processes and procedures, creating playbooks and providing insights for our cybersecurity teams.

Skills / Experience

Annual Salary: $57,600.00 - $132,500.00
