Required Education and Experience Requirements:

Continuously monitor security event systems by utilizing the Enterprise Security Operation Center’s security information and event management (SIEM) tool.

Communicate and escalate issues and alerts as required by process or management.

Additional responsibilities including the support of various Enterprise Security Operations Center activities.

Must possess the following certification: Security+ certification or equivalent.

Working knowledge of security architectures and devices.

0 - 5 years of experience in the field of engineering or related technical discipline;

Knowledge of the Ballistic Missile Defense System and its elements is highly desired;

Experience with the Modeling and analysis experience in aspects of the Ballistic missile defense system;

Experience with Aegis Weapons Systems, Ground-based Midcourse Defense (GMD);

Experience with Fire Control, C2BMC, BMDS sensors (EO/IR/RF), kill vehicles, interceptors, and countermeasures;

Starting Salary: $72,000 - $79,000

Minimum 4 years of program management experience and/or leading cross functional teams to established goals.

Experience in program management practices and execution for government and defense industry and working with the U.S. Department of Defense (DoD)

Project Management Certification (PMI / PMP or other)

Assist with responsibilities over the technical strategy for an area, technical integrity of process, operations, and associated results

Builds relationships with internal business partners such as Finance, Legal, HR to help guide them during security incidents

Partners with engineering and delivery teams to implement capabilities that protect Ross.

Knowledge of industry standard frameworks as NIST, ISO, PCI, SOX, HIPAA.

Data Loss Prevention - Ability to work with teams in the event of a privacy risk incident

Minimum 3 years of professional experience in accounting, finance, or related business function

Government contract accounting experience, Cost accounting standards (CAS) and FAR/DFARs knowledge

Willing to take on additional responsibilities, attend training, and learn new technical skills

Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or business

Experience with firm fixed price, T&M and cost-plus contracts

Public accounting firm experience (preferred)Experience using SAP for government contract accounting (preferred)

BS Degree Management Information Systems/Information Security/Related Field or AS Degree and 3+ years of general work experience

Works to create incidents within the incident management system with detailed relevant information.

Provides status reports to management as requested on a regular basis on the overall stature of our security program.

Monitors and manages the overall health and functionality of the SIEM system.

Maintains a sound knowledge of current information security practices through regular independent training and research.

Professional Certifications - Security+ or CySA+ or other applicable certifications

Experience with requirements analysis and identification in Navy and Marine Corps programs

Experience with regular direct client interactions, including supporting project delivery, delivering presentations, or leading client meetings

Key concepts in security management, new and emerging information technology (IT), and cybersecurity technologies

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience (Cybersecurity or Computer Science major preferred)

Hold DoD-8570 baseline certification (Security+, CEH, CYSA+, CISSP, or equivalent).

Practical experience with cyber specific analysis tools

Computer Network Defense experience (Protect, Detect, Respond, and Sustain) within a Computer Incident Response organization.

Experience with malware analysis concepts and methods.

Motivated self-starter with strong written and verbal communications skills, and the ability to create complex technical reports on analytic findings.

Possess an active Secret security clearance.
