Amazon is seeking a Technical Program Manager (TPM) with a strong delivery record and proven program management experience to join our innovative, high energy Amazon Security (AmSec) team and work within the Stores, Digital, and Other (SDO) Security Incident Response Team (SIRT). SIRT is the team charged with providing world-class information security support across Amazon.As a TPM, you will work directly with SIRT and other AmSec engineering teams delivering these solutions. You will shape, deliver, and drive adoption of processes, programs, and solutions, as well as influence strategy and outcomes for security across Amazon’s retail experiences such as Amazon.com, Amazon’s devices (e.g., Alexa, Kindle), and our subsidiaries (e.g., Audible, Twitch, Whole Foods, Zappos).This role is inherently cross-functional and requires a strong ability to influence and earn the trust of security engineers, technical leads, and business leadership. You will work directly with security and software engineers to design, plan, and deliver programs and processes, including adoption and ongoing implementation.You will partner with other engineering groups, product management, and technical leadership to understand their needs, create technical roadmaps and oversee their delivery.You can expect all the challenges and benefits of a high-profile business: wide-open space for improvement and innovation, a strong team, and a fast-paced environment.   • 7+ years of technical program management working directly with software engineering teams experience
  • 6+ years of analytical, quantitative, communication, and presentations experience
