Analyst Business Jobs

Overview of Position:
The IT Business Analyst will support the Finance IT team by assessing and enhancing the quality of IT products and services, analyzing data to inform business decisions, and finding technological solutions for business needs. The IT Business Analyst will identify, define and support the delivery of processes and solutions within Microsoft Dynamics NAV (ERP), Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales (CRM), and our Business Intelligence platforms.
What you will do:

• Assess and determine solution feasibility
• Support the development of business/functional requirements
• Coordinate the development of documentation to enable implementation and turnover of the process of system
• You will help drive the identification and scoping of solutions
• Work directly with development and other technology resources to ensure the delivery of solutions that meet agreed specifications and requirements.
• Conduct post-project evaluation
• Conducts work assignments of increasing complexity, under moderate supervision with some latitude for independent judgment.
• Identify and resolve project issues
• Work closely with managers and end users to determine best IT solution
• Provide recommendations on hardware and software procurement to support client's business goals
• Supports projects by understanding business needs, opportunities, problems, impacts, risks, and presents and agrees to recommended solutions
• Gather data and analyze business and user needs
• Analyze complex business problems and determine an appropriate IT solution

What we need from you:

• Previous experience working as a Business Analyst.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience with computer applications.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Familiarity with business process modeling
• Experience with Project Management methodologies such as waterfall and Agile methodologies
• Strong analytical skills to create reports and offer recommendations.
• The ability to manage multiple projects from beginning to completion.
• Experience with Project Management tools such as Jira and Smartsheet
• Proficient in data analysis
• Bachelor’s degree in information technology.

Even better if you have:

• Advance knowledge with Microsoft Dynamics NAV (ERP), Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales (CRM)
• Experience in the Information Technology or Telecommunications industry
