Position Summary

• Responsible for ensuring the accuracy and integrity of medical records.
• Utilize quantitative analysis procedures to identify record deficiencies.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to address any record deficiencies.
• Analyze inpatient, outpatient, and recurring records to ensure completeness and compliance.
• Contribute to maintaining regulatory agency compliance.

Position Qualifications

Minimum Education:

• High school diploma or GED.

Preferred Education

• Associate's degree in Health Information Technology.

Preferred Experience

• None required.

Preferred Registration/License/Certification

• RHIT or RHIA.
