Pay Range: $18.14/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

Key Responsibilities:

• Previous workers requested for this req have been emailed to suppliers.
• Call provider offices to confirm medical record contact information.
• Index medical records into Client's systems.
• Fax medical record requests to provider offices.
• Process medical records received for HEDIS and other related projects
• Process invoices for medical records from provider offices and vendors.

Requirements and Technology Experience:

• Experience with medical records and provider interaction a plus.
• Medical records experience and HEDIS experience 3+ years.
• Ability to use computer effectively, including Microsoft Outlook, basic Excel for tracking and reporting, and HEDIS software.
• Prior HEDIS MRR experience preferred.
• Must show ability to perform in a production based environment under tight deadlines.
