About The Role
You will play a pivotal role in coordinating administrative and program support for various equity-centered education initiatives and programs. Working remotely and sometimes in our vibrant office, you'll be a vital bridge between OEDII programs, teams, offices, agencies, and partners.
What You'll Be Doing
Reviewing and vetting resources, making recommendations, and contributing to impactful reports and website content.
Engaging in professional communications to address needs and resources.
Managing budget reports, travel support, and scheduling of meetings and communications.
Collaborating on the development of meeting agendas, taking minutes, and organizing team files.
Supporting community engagement efforts and fostering collaboration across.
Your Qualifications
You don't have to meet every qualification to apply; we value diverse perspectives and experiences. However, some background, skills, and experience that can make you a strong candidate include:
Strong grammatical and written communication skills, with an eye for editing and proofreading documents.
Web design and web page management experience or high aptitude for learning these skills.
Ability to develop procedures, systems, forms, and manuals related to requirements, laws, and policies.
Effective communication, facilitating trainings, meetings, and working closely with communities and partners.
Identifying administrative and structural opportunities and determining effective outcomes, either individually or as part of a team.
Excellent organizational skills, prioritization, and task management with minimal oversight.
Experience in calendar coordination and planning, balancing sessions, meetings, and trainings.
