SALARY: The salary range for this position is $54,602.64 to $88,562.53 for Schedule A, and $54,602.64 to $84,134.41 for Schedule B. For newly hired individuals, the starting salary will normally be at the minimum of the salary range. For current Judiciary employees, salary upon promotion or advancement will be an increase of 5% of base salary, not to exceed the maximum of the range, or the minimum salary of the band/level, whichever is greater. Judiciary employees hired prior to June 3, 2014, are considered Schedule A. Newly hired individuals, and Judiciary employees hired on or after June 3, 2014, are considered Schedule B.

The Monmouth Vicinage Family Division is seeking a highly motivated professional who is goal oriented with strong reasoning and analytical skills and is committed to the mission and functions of the organization. Under the direction of the Family Division Manager (Court Executive 2B) or other supervisory personnel, the successful candidate must: demonstrate excellent information management, technical application and planning and evaluating skills; possess the ability to think creatively and work independently; adhere to deadlines, show attention to detail and accuracy. Candidate must have the ability to work on multiple assignments, while ensuring effective time management and prioritization of the same. The successful candidate will also implement operating procedures or systems, establish record keeping systems, and prepare and interpret statistical reports. They must also possess the ability to interpret Judiciary policies/procedures, regulations, and laws, and must have the ability to communicate this information to judges, management, staff and stakeholders. Individuals in this role can anticipate substantial interaction with system stakeholder as well as involvement in committees related to the Family Division case types. The successful candidate will utilize Excel and other software to organize, analyze and evaluate data. They will routinely utilize data to develop meaningful organizational goals and strategies to achieve same. They must monitor progress and initiate action required to resolve areas of concern in order to meet identified goals. The successful candidate will be assigned to staff various committees in areas such as Juvenile Delinquency, Domestic Violence, and Children in Court. Assignments may include but are not limited to creating tracking systems to monitor various areas of case management such as active pending caseloads, backlog, settlement rates, etc. They may assist with program development, evaluation and modification to improve the court process for internal and external court users. Perform other related duties as required.
REMOTE WORK: The Judiciary currently offers a hybrid work schedule, and this position may qualify for up to 2 days of remote work outside of Judiciary buildings. To participate in this program, you will be required to have high speed home internet access.
Graduation from an accredited college or university with a bachelor's degree and three years of professional experience in program development, program coordination, program analysis, program administration and/or administrative research.
Substitution: Applicants who do not possess the required education may substitute additional paraprofessional and/or professional experience on a year-for-year basis with one year of such experience being equal to 30 semester hour credits. An associate degree and two years of additional paraprofessional and/or professional experience may be substituted for a bachelor's degree. A master's degree may be substituted for one year of experience. A law degree may be substituted for two years of experience.

Authorization to Work: US citizenship is not required. Selected candidate must be authorized to work in the US according to Department of Homeland Security, US Citizenship and Immigration Services regulations.

Residency Law: Pursuant to N.J.S.A. 52:14-7 (L. 2011, Chapter 70), also known as the "New Jersey First Act," all persons newly hired by the Judiciary must establish, and then maintain, principal residence in the State of New Jersey.
