Family Office Analyst Jobs

Responsibilities

·Research, review, analyze and present executive summaries on assignments within the aviation, energy and real estate markets

·Develop detailed financial models on each of the business opportunities

·Follow the general aviation leasing market and present monthly updates

·Support family office energy transition to renewables from hydrocarbons

·Analyze and follow listed farmland real estate companies performance

·Review and analyze oil & gas leases, and recorded assignments to identify mineral ownership interests.

·Monitor, research and analyze State online records to calculate, audit and track receipt of oil royalties.

·Maintain Mineralware database for ownership records on royalties payable and received for mineral properties.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Required

• Exceptional analytical and research skills
• Proficient with Microsoft Office programs, particularly Excel
• Professional written and verbal communication skills
• Comprehensive Financial modeling
• Multi-tasked independent worker
• Strong work ethic with reliable confidentiality

EducationRequired

• Bachelor’s Degree required
