Seeking an organized and efficient Administrative / Marketing Assistant to support a busy real estate agent and team. Responsibilities include task management, data entry, digital filing, email correspondence, and report management using Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, Microsoft OneDrive, and Google Drive.This role is for someone who loves systems and organization.
Responsibilities:
- Manage scheduling, reservations, and online shopping for the agent and their family.
- Organize and maintain electronic files using OneDrive and Google Drive.
- Maintain task lists and ensure completion.
- Download and manage reports from third parties and internal database.
- Maintain and manage listings on platforms like StreetEasy and Zillow.
- Handle email correspondence, including attachments and follow-ups.
- Activate open houses and ensure they’re up-to-date.
- Perform accurate data entry in Excel and Google Sheets.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or equivalent degree required.
- Effective written and verbal communication.
- Familiarity with real estate industry a plus.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Discretion and confidentiality.
- Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, OneDrive, and Google Drive.
- Strong organizational and attention to detail skills.
- Previous administrative assistant experience preferred.
