This vacancy may be filled as a Probational, Promotion, or Detail to Special Duty. Detail to Special Duty may be required for a trial period prior to promotion consideration. Current classified permanent status employees may be required to accept a Probational Appointment.


The candidate for this position will be responsible for providing support to the Member Information Center (MIC) of the Retirement Department consisting of scheduling member counseling appointments, greeting and assisting members, employers, and guests that enter the lobby, reviewing various retirement forms for completeness, answering incoming telephone calls that are received through the main TRSL telephone line and routing calls through the Automatic Call Distribution (ACD) system.
