Responsibilities
Efficient Data Entry: Showcase your proficiency in utilizing Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel (ability to pass an Excel proficiency test required).
Quality Assurance Expertise: Meticulously review and assess mapped work to ensure accuracy and quality, showcasing your exceptional attention to detail.
Organizational Mastery: Store critical documents in our Adept system, demonstrating your strong organizational skills.
Adaptability: Navigate changing conditions with ease, as you balance routine tasks and handle urgent matters when they arise.
Effective Communication: Engage with mappers, supervisors, contractors, construction personnel, and fellow managers. Your ability to provide clear and concise feedback and pose thoughtful questions is crucial.
Meeting Deadlines: Thrive in a deadline-driven environment, managing your tasks efficiently to meet established deadlines while prioritizing effectively.
Qualifications
Tech Proficiency: Adept in Microsoft Office Suite, with a focus on Outlook, Word, and Excel.
Detail-Oriented: Keen eye for accuracy and an innate dedication to maintaining quality.
Strong Organization: Proven ability to manage documents and information systematically.

Additional Information
This is currently a remote position, with the possibility of occasional office days when required. We also offer the option for a 10-hour workday, spread over 4 days a week, providing flexibility to suit your lifestyle.
