I Need An Angel Award-Winning Home Care Services is looking for an Administrative Care Coordinator who is highly detailed and enjoys scheduling puzzles. If this sounds like YOU, we would love to hear from YOU.

Clean background records are a must.
Responsibilities:
  • Ensure processes are followed
  • Assure the availability of staff, schedules, hours
  • Encourage and promote positive and professional communication between staff, Clients, and their families
  • Plan, organize, and direct daily needs
  • Assistant coordinates programs with other community agencies and strategic partnerships
  • Review and coordinate adequate patient care
  • Assure that required office and administrative functions are met on an ongoing basis
  • Prior experience in healthcare, hospitality, or in-home care environment a plus
  • Implement policies, procedures, services, and quality assurance
  • Ensure the accuracy of public information materials and activities
  • Help Manage Angel Caregivers who work out in the field
  • Take pride in providing high-quality care
  • Maintain records and reporting systems that provide for proper service and measurement
  • Ensure the hiring process is structured to assure appropriately trained staff

Qualifications
  • Effective leader with good employee relations and customer service skills
  • Good interpersonal and analytical skills
  • 2+ years of front office to management experience
  • 2+ years experience running an office
  • Effective leader with good employee relations and customer service skills
  • Experience working with adults and/or seniors is a plus
  • Eagerness to improve
