Title: Administrative Assistant - Receptionist
Location: Jacksonville, FL
Compensation: $31,000 - $33,000 P/Y ($15.00 to $16.00 /hour)
Responsible for answering phones, writing, typing, scanning, faxing, emailing, and oral communications. Assist in the sales department, project/production department, assist CEO, COO, and CFO, and other officers as assigned. Monitor email accounts as assigned, receive shipments, process purchasing documentation, search for product and shipping quotes, research possible new vendors, make travel arrangements as assigned, keep customer binders current, keep office areas clean and organized. Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications
- Capacity to work in a high-volume environment while meeting deadlines and maintaining accuracy.
- Excellent customer service skills and ability to work collaboratively.
- Honest, ethical, and able to handle monetary matters in a confidential manner.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Must have very strong math skills.
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word).
- Excellent organizational skills and extreme attention to detail.
