We believe in a holistic approach that combines innovative treatments, research-backed methodologies, and compassionate care to help our patients reclaim their lives.
Job Responsibilities:
As an Assistant at the Pain Trauma Institute, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our clinic and the well-being of our patients. Your responsibilities will include:
- Welcoming patients and providing a warm, supportive environment. (remote)
- Assisting with patient scheduling, appointment coordination, and maintaining accurate records.
- Collaborating with our extensive referral network medical professionals to facilitate patient care and treatment plans.
- Handling phone calls, emails, and inquiries from patients and external stakeholders.
- Managing administrative tasks, such as data entry, filing, and document preparation.
- Support with surf therapy groups. (a plus)
Qualifications:
To excel in this role, we are looking for candidates who possess the following qualifications:
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and office software.
- A bachelor’s degree in psychology or related field
- Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining confidentiality.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Surf Therapy Facilitator a plus.
- Previous experience in a healthcare or customer service role is preferred.
- Strong communication abilities and a compassionate nature.
