As a Clinician At Our Organization, You Will
Provide attuned psychotherapy to individuals, with the option to offer services to additional treatment units such as couples and families.
Develop assessments, diagnoses, treatment plans, and progress notes.
Collaborate with fellow clinicians and professionals in an interdisciplinary approach to deliver holistic care.
A Competitive Compensation Package Awaits
Full-time clinicians receive a base salary ranging from $68,000 to $100,000 per year, contingent on the caseload tier chosen. This typically involves seeing an average of 26 to 35 clients per week. We offer an inclusive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision coverage, and an FSA. Additionally, we provide generous PTO and a 401k plan with a matching component.
Part-time clinicians typically see between 7 and 20 clients per week, based on clinician availability, and receive a competitive hourly rate of $50.00 per hour.
Qualifications We Seek
Active and independent licensure in California as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Clinical Psychologist.
Residency in California.
While we do not require providers to see Medicare patients, it is essential that you have not opted out from Medicare.
Reliable and stable internet access for remote work, with experience in using Google Suite considered a plus!
