Title: Health Information Coordinator / Office Assistant


Job Duties: The Health Information Coordinator / Office Assistant will assist with client transfer / discharge duties, support Quality / Quantity Monitoring / Auditing process, collaborate with family, county, and community partners, promote recovery, empowerment, and independence, and work with a multi-disciplinary team


Schedule: Full-Time (Monday-Friday): 8:30am-5:00pm


Qualifications:


  • Understands and abides by HIPAA guidelines
  • Knowledge of medical terminology and knowledge of governing regulations
  • Holds a minimum of a High School Diploma or GED
  • Understand all aspects of the clinical computer system; PointClickCare (PCC)

The salary range listed below represents the minimum and maximum base pay per hour at the time of posting. Final salary offered to the candidate selected for the position will be based on factors including but not limited to candidate's skills, experience, licensure, and program acuity.


Pay Range:


$18.50—$22 USD
