Facilitate expense report submissions for SVP, VP, and Counsel, streamlining the reimbursement process.
Provide IT escalation assistance to address any technical issues promptly.
Collaborate with the SVP and Paralegal on billing matters related to Tymetrix and P-Card/SNAP.
Maintain the RA Project Management list, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
Upload documents to FCC Hub and RA SharePoint page, contributing to the efficient organization and accessibility of files.
Contribute to special projects as needed, bringing your creativity and problem-solving skills to the table.
Qualifications
Strong telephone etiquette, exceptional communication skills, and excellent organizational abilities.
Proven experience as a team player with exceptional interpersonal skills.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word, with the ability to navigate various software and databases.
A bachelor's degree is preferred, showcasing your dedication to continuous learning and growth.

The duration of the assignment is 9 months, with the possibility of extension or conversion.
You'll be joining a team of three attorneys and one paralegal, based in Washington DC. Our team is part of the litigation, privacy, and regulatory affairs department.
Your day-to-day activities will involve interacting with C-level executives, maintaining confidentiality, scheduling meetings, coordinating trainings, and ensuring federal compliance.
Strong communication skills and the ability to work with multiple internal and external stakeholders are essential.
Media experience is highly valued, and familiarity with executive agencies and compliance training is a plus.
On a resume, prior client and media experience, bilingual skills (English, Spanish), and local DC residency stand out.
Successful candidates are self-starters, team players, highly organized, detail-oriented, and effective communicators. They understand the importance of escalating issues and have a good grasp of the organizational structure.
