A growing skincare startup in West Hollywood is hiring a Logistics Coordinator on a contract-to-hire basis. This is a hybrid position, and you will report to the office 2x per week. The Logistics Coordinator is an entry-level position with room for growth. Duties will include coordinating shipments with departments, assisting with order entry, tracking inventory, data entry into Excel and additional databases, scheduling, and supporting the team with general administrative needs.
This is a growing company and is expected to double in size over the next year. This is a great position with growth potential! A bachelor's degree is required as well as 1 year of administrative experience. Hours are flexible, around 8:30-5:30PM and the schedule is hybrid. Pay is $20/hr during contract and up to $50k once full-time.

Requirements
- Applicant must be familiar with word processing, spreadsheets and presentation software, as well as databases and customer database systems
- At least 1 year of Administrative Assistant experience preferred
- Excellent written, verbal and social communication skills
- Comprehensive knowledge of navigating basic office equipment and protocols
- Proven ability to use the internet for research
